Defect:
Clicking on an e-mail link inside a modal dialogue box of another
application causes e-mail to originate from an unspecified e-mail address.
This occurs despite changing e-mail account via the e-mail accounts drop list.

Steps to recreate:
Find a program with a modal dialogue box that has an e-mail address to it. I
used Ensure you have more than one e-mail account. Click on the link to open
a new mail window in Outlook 2003. Select any e-mail account except the first
e-mail account, now type in a message and press Send.

Behaviour exhibited:
e-mail is never actually sent. A message appears in the Inbox immediately
informing you that the sending has failed because "None of your e-mail
accounts could send to this recipient." - note the To address, it will be the
first account in the accounts list and not the account you chose to send the
e-mail using.

Impact level:
Mild - provided the e-mail address of the account is not revealed to the
recipient of the e-mail that should have originated from another e-mail
account, in which case would be a privacy issue.

Doesn't sound like a bug to me at this moment. Sounds more like the SMTP
server settings for the second accout are incorrect. See if setting it to
use authentication will solve it or use the SMTP server from your ISP
instead.
