Default window size too small

I have a shotcut to an html and when i go intot hat shortcut the window that piops up it minimized to its smallest size. THis only started happening recently after I visited a spam site. Where can i reset the default window size when a new window is opened?

Just take a corner handle, resize it, and reboot or log off.

I seem to notice this type of behavior when resources become limited on your
computer. If the other fellow's suggestion does not work then I would
recommend going through "Add/Remove Programs" and removing anything that you
don't use.
