Font size is too small

Hi,

I just got a used computer and the font size for the
window where emails, calendar items, etc. are is so small!
The Shortcut and Folder list are regular size, but the
window to the right I can barely read text in as it is so
small.

How do I reset the default font sizes for Outlook 2002?

the font size of my inbox, sent items, etc. Everything in
the entire window panel on the right side is incredibly
small.
 
As a corollary to Doug's question, can we also adjust the font size for the Folder List (Outlook Today, Inbox, etc) found on the left side of the screen
