Default User Directory location?

I just noticed that the Default User Directory is under my
userid (on a 4 user system). I seem to recall that it was
located one level up not too long ago. Did I accidently
move it there or did something (possibly TweakUI >
Autologin) move it to where it is now?

Default User should be directly under Documents and Settings
