Default to Windows picture viewer

I am sure this is an easy question to answer. BUT, every time I get an
attached photo in my Outlook Express mail, and want to open it up, it opens
in my regular photo program - CompuPic. All I want is to view the photo,
not do anything with it. How do I set the default back to just opening the
photo in the simpler Windows Picture and Fax viewer program.

Open a folder with photos.
Right click on one photo.
Click on Open with on the opening menu.
Click on Choose Program on the opening list.
Select Windows Picture and Fax Viewer on the opening list and click the box
"Always....".
