Default status bar

My outlook status message seems to be different than a default status message
that I see earlier. I only see a label "Online" and not clickable. Earlier
when I right click on "Connected" I used to see the properties. But now I see
"Online" and when I right click on it I see nothing. What should I do in
order to restore my default status bar message "Connected" ?

Please help.
