Outlook 2002 Message "Status Bar"?

Can anyone tell me if there is a plug-in or whatever that offers a status bar for a
message window in Outlook 2002?

I'm looking for something where, if I mouse over a link in an HTML email, I can see the
link location.

I seem to recall that the Status bar at the bottom of the Outlook windows will
contain that information.

No, it doesn't.. Not on Outlook 2002.
