Outlook Status Bar should display anchor tags on mouseover.

In Outlook 2002 SP3 when I mouse over a hyperlink the link does not display
in the Status bar. This feature I believe was available in the Outlook 2000.
I really like this feature because I have taught the non-advanced computer
users in my family to check all hyperlinks before clicking on them. This has
saved them numerous times from people phishing for privacy information.

The link appears at the bottom left in Outlook 2002 and
Outlook 2003.

This is not the case with my Outlook 2002 SP3. I have the status bar
visiable and preview pane is also active but when I mouse over a hyperlink in
the preview pane nothing is displayed in the Status Bar except the number of
emails read and unread. Is there another setting or something else?

Thanks
Chris

No, it doesn't. The status bar no longer shows the destination of the link.
