default reminder and recurrence settings

I am setting up a birthday list task with birthday date and reminder 3 days
ahead and recurrence every year. Now is it possible to change the default
recurrence of weekly to yearly and how.
Also I have done part of it putting only 2 days ahead reminders . Is it
possible to change as a bunch to 3 days or change the default here also .
Thanks

Try exporting your birthdays category to a .csv and then manipulate the data there. Then import it back into Outlook. Ensure the fields are correctly mapped as well.

that does not move recurrence yearly or weekly and to me it is not any
faster to change the date to 3 days reminder instead of 2 AFAIK

I don't know of any way to change the default recurrence pattern from weekly
to yearly. As for the time difference in changing the reminders from 2 days
to 3 "en masse" in Outlook vs. Excel, the only thing I can suggest is to try
it and if it's taking too long, just do it in Outlook. Some things just
can't be changed easily.

Thank you for your honesty
Now I did what I could in the csv file but Outlook does not allowed me to
reimport it. I have put it on desktop could it be the reason? I follow all
yje import process but when I get to browse which file to import it is not
available. I had export it on csv (windows) file

What happens when you try to reimport it? Do you get any error messages? If
you saved it to the desktop there should be no reason Outlook can't find the
file...
