Default name on email.

I bought my computer new 1 month ago and have found that when I send an email
or log on to an existing account the default name "Mcgdogm Mcdogmc" has
replaced my full name. What is this? how do I get rid of it? please help!
 
Sounds like your computer is infected with spyware.
