I am having problems with my default mail client (outlook) when i try and
send for things like a brochure or an enquiry via a help page link. I get the
message that my default mail client is not installed correctly. I have a new
computer so am surprised by this. please see diagnostics below. I can send
and recieve e-mails but am unable to use links on web pages. Please advise is
it possible to either fix this problem (i have tried downloading my settings
from my service provider) or can i re-install microsoft outlook??

According to yr diagnostics the Default mail client is Outlook Express, a
completely different app to Outlook, which has (for OE) a seperate ng. - Try
also the OE newsreader for ng's
http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/ may help with OE problems.
Also Freeserve has an email help section.
