default language keeps changing back to English US

I have set my default language to English UK, but every time I run a spell
check in Outlook it switches to English US. I have set it not to search for
language automatically.

Hi,
Do as follows:
Start
Control Panel
Regional and Language Options
Languages tap
Details button
Setting tap
Under "Default input Language" enter "English (United Kingdom)"
If it is not available, click ADD and add it from the list.
Click Apply and OK.
