Outlook 6 language setting English US

I am unable to change or find the language setting for English US in Outlook
Express 6 after I have added Outlook 2007. I need to use both. Outlook
Express had the language setting as French. What can I do to have English as
the primary spell check setting?

Either install the English proofing tools from Office 2003 if you have it,
or download and install a third-party spell check.
