default "from" field

Using outlook 2000, MAPI, how can automatically insert a
different sender in the from field by default when
creating a new email or reply? When editing a form, the
from field is protected. Is there any way around this?
 
Change the From before you start editing the form. Note that it probably
won't "stick" if you publish the form.
