Default colour of calendar

I have Windows Vista and have just started using Outlook 2003 Calendar as my
default.
Does anyone know if there's any way to change the calendar colour from blue
and orange, which I assume is the default?

Outlook 2003 allows you to change the calendar background color (don't know
if this is what you are talking about) using tools->options->calendar
options. To set the main Outlook Title Bar, etc. you would need to tweak
your Vista color options as the Office 2003 color scheme in Vista derives
from your choice of themes/colors.
