Default Calendar Folder

One of my exchange users have the Default Calendar Folder below the Inbox
Folder. I don´t know how the user did this. I need to put this folder into
the root level to synchronize with a Palm Treo Device because the conduit of
the application does not synchronize with this folder. It is possible?

Try starting Outlook once with the /ResetFolders switch. If you need help
