Default Beep

what else besides Default Beep is using Windows XP Ding.wav.]]

I meant look through the Program events in Sounds and Audio Device
Properties
Start | Run | Type: mmsys.cpl | Click OK |
Sunds tab |

Not the Event Viewer.

Click the Play button to hear what sounds you have for whatever events.

[[Plays the selected sound. When the sound plays, this button changes to a
square block or a Stop button. Click the Stop button to stop playing the
selected sound.]]

Or just look for Windows XP Ding.wav in the Sounds box.

Hope this helps. Let us know.
