I have three accounts (email addresses) that feed into Outlook Express. I
have successfully set a default mail account for composing messages, however
when I reply to or forward an email, a different email account address is
used. Is there a way to set my default address used for composing messages
to also be used for forwards and replies? (Why isn't this done
automatically?)

Thanks,
Jim

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

You can also find some good Outlook Express information here:

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Jim asked:
