Defalut Webpage appear in browser?

Hello,


A company called www.coolpages.com appear when I shut
down and restart my browser. I tried changing the default
to "blank", remove all cookies etc. and it still doesn't
work.

How can I find this illegal software and remove it off my
system.

Does this represent a security breach issue?
