Unwanted default page Keeps loading!

Hello,

A company called http://cool-homepage.com/ appear when I
shut down and restart my browser. I tried changing the
default to "blank", deleting cookies and it still doesn't
work.

How can I find this illegal software and remove it off my
system so that http://cool-homepage.com/ does not appear
as my home/default page?
