Defalult Name change?

Hey everybody, this may be a simple fix, but I can't seem to find out where to do it. I built a computer with a computer builder on a website and got them to assemble it and trest it for me before they shipped out. I had to use my dads credit card since I don't have one yet. When they tested the computer, they used my dads name for all of the XP start up wizards and now everything is default to his name. I have it set so when the screen saver goes off, it asks for a password and it says his name instead of mine. I have already changed the user accounts name and computer name, but I think because XP was registerd to him, it uses his name.

How can I fix this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
