My dad changed to suddenlink.net. I have charter.net. Before he changed I
was able to get his e-mail. Now I can send to him and he gets them but he
can not send to me. They return to him with Charter not responding. He can
email everyone else and I am getting emails from everyone else. I checked
my block senders list and he is not on it. I went into my account and
placed dad on the receive list. I have called Charter and they said it was
MSN or suddenlink problems. Dad called suddenlink and they said it was a
Charter problem. I don't understand it, even if he replies to my e-mails
they go back to him. I have taken him off my address list and put him back
on. Dad is over 80 years old and the emails are important. Can anyone help
me?

Hi - this isn't a Windows XP issue, so this isn't a good group to post to.
In fact, none of the MS public newsgroups is really relevant. The problem is
Charter--or rather, is an issue between his ISP/mail host, and yours.

I suggest you ask him to forward one of the NDRs (nondeliverable reports) to
an address at which you *can* receive mail from him, such as Yahoo/etc., and
call Charter again with the full details of the NDR. Usually if you pester
any ISP/host long enough, with enough info, you can get to someone who can
help you. Good luck.
