DEDICATED SERVER

That depends on what you mean by "dedicated server". Any Windows operating
system has the capability to host files, printers or other devices and share
them on a network. So the official answer is, "You don't need to do
anything except share what you want to share with others".
 
Then all you need to do is set up Windows XP, install printers (if any),
then share the resources you want to share. You'll need to add user
accounts to the XP computer that contain the user names (and passwords, if
any are used) that your other users log onto their computers with.
