debugger driving me crazy

The debugger window pops up constantly on my computer and
is driving me nuts. How do I stop this from happening?
Please help

You mean Dr Watson is getting in your face?

START/Run, then type drwtson32, and press enter.

Untick the 'Visual Notification'
