Hello; When I click on a hyperlink in Outlook 2002 I get the below error
message and a blank IE page opens up. If I have 2 or more IE pages open the
hyperlink will open in one of the duplicate IE pages. Web settings are all
back to default. Thanks for help. Jack

Reset your Internet Web settings and try again;
Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs

What version of IE are you using? If IE7 BETA downgrade to IE6 and see if it
still happens.
Does this issue also occur when logged in as a different user?
Tried a repair on Office already?

IE ver 6.0 sp2 and it only happens in one account. I did try the repair for
Outlook and no change.

Roady; I went back and repaired OL again this time I told it to get rid of
all my personal settings and it worked. I can click on a hyperlink and it
works the only problem is it now opens the correct link and also one blank IE
page. How do I stop OL from opening 2 pages. Thanks
