De-activation of "Delete Block? No (Yes)

When deleting something in Word, it asks me, at the bottom of the screen, to
confirm the deletion: "Delete Block? No (Yes). How can I de-activated this?

On the Tools menu, click Options. Click the General tab. Clear the
options referring to WordPerfect. Click OK.
