dde server window

Every time i shutdown my computer a message comes up
trying to End Task a program called 'dde server window.'
It tries for about 15 seconds then asks me to end now or
cancel. I always hit end now, but it's really annoying.
How can i get rid of it. All i have installed is Office
2003, and a few games. I have all the latest updates and
drivers on xp pro.

I've also been unable to get rid of this - it appears to be linked to running Outlook 2003. I've tried enabling / disabling Word as the editor, but nothing helps.
