DCOM Calls

Hi All
I have an question with DCOM and COM+
An Windows XP SP2 user is trying 2 make an DCOM Call to our Production
Server ( Windows 2000) which is hosting the COM+ Objects.
The Client who is trying to make the DCOM Call's NT Account is locked out,
and every time when that happens the MSDTC service fails on our Production
System.
Did anybody ever experienced this before, and the Prod server is Windows
2000 SP 4

I'd get in touch with the application developer. Also check the event logs
for clues.
