DC or Member Server

My Question is which server(s) should be Domain Controller
(s), which should be a Member Server, and why?
I have two servers #1 Dual XEON 2 gig RAM, hosting a
Database, (this server will become a W2K server with
Terminal Sevices) #2 a P4 2.4 with 1 Gig RAM (this will
be a W2K server).

Personally i would use the dual processor machine for a dc

Generally, a DC running terminal services is a bad idea from a security
standpoint as anyone who can terminal into the server would then have
potential access to your domain as well.
