I loaded from my old computer to my new with XP Home all my e-mail folders
into a folder (Old ocuments)on my desktop. when I try to open a .dbx file in
the folder I get this error:
c:\Documents and settings\HP_Owner\Old DocumentslDrafts.dbx is not a valid
Win32Application

How do I open my .dbx files?

1. Click on File and then Import
2. Click on Messages from the menu that appears
3. The Outlook Express Import box will appear. Click on Outlook Express 6 and click
Next
4. The Import from OE6 box will appear. Click on the "Import mail from an OE6 store
directory" option and click OK
5. The Location of Messages box appears. Click Browse. The Browse for Folder box
appears.
6. Navigate to where you stored your backup Outlook Express folder. Click OK and
Next.
7. Your emails are now importing.

When finished, click Finish and close the remaining box.
