DB and the web

Hello,


I am looking for a place to go on the web to find out how
to use Databases such as Access to be used with a web
page on the internent. I have been looking for quite a
while now (Google and MSN search) and have some
experience with Access and I cannot find any good
beginner tutorials.

My immediate attention is on a password Db for access to
another page. However, I do not want the user to be able
to by-pass the login page by the URL being typed in the
browser.

I have Office Inside Out for the Access portion of this
but it is a little difficult on your own.
Any help would be fantastic!!
