windows XP and vista has a service that synchronizes the clock with an
internet
clock server.... so each time you change it, it changes back since this
service
checks on periodic intervals.

You can disable this of course if you want.

I have Vista Business installed on my PC and the system time is 1 hour ahead
of what it should be. I can manually change the hour to go back 1 hour, but
is seems that every hour, on the hour the system time jumps ahead again.
Anyone have any ideas????

Thanks in advance

Tell it you're in another time zone??

If you're computer is a member of a domain, you'll have to adjust the time
on the server. Your machine syncs with that one.
