Daylight Saving Time help.

It looks like Indiana may get daylight saving time. It did pass the
Indiana House, it now moves on to the Indiana Senate.

The federal government maybe extending Daylight Saving time through
the end of November. How do I change the end date for Daylight Saving
Time in windows xp? I know how to do it for windows 98 & me using
tzedit.
