Day Light Saving time/Calendar

There seems to be an issue going on where if you didn't
have DST on at the time of the change it screwed up your
calander.
Essentially when I check DST the time auto adjusts and is
correct but it also sets all the appointments in the
calendar ahead by an hour making them all the wrong times.
I've tried almost everything and now I'm running into an
issue where I take off DST the calendar entries are
correct but the time is off. So I manually adjust the
time and give or take a few minutes, the time reverts
back an hour and I can't figure out why.
I've tried to trick it by going ahead an hour, taking of
DST so it reverts to the right time. But it reverts back
ANOTHER hour after a minute. I have no idea what to do
and I notice others are seeing the same issue with
XP/Office 2K3

HELP?

Ok so what i've done is have the client check mark DST
setting thier time correctly. They will have to move all
of thier appointments back an hour because they shifted
forward. So now atleast all new appointments should be
sent at the same time and DST is checked so this all
shouldnt happen again. If anyone has any other thoughts
lemme know.

Turn off sychronizing Internet time, move east one time
zone, or ask microsoft to get off their hind end and
issue a fix.
