Time broken? (off by one hour)

Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]

This AM (April 1), my time is one hour ahead. DST is on. Based on some
file time stamps from yesterday, I believe the time has been correct
until today. And, I am 'sure' DST did switch on, and the time was
adjusted properly, when DST changed a couple of weeks ago.

I apply all M/S updates.

Any clues?

Thanks

None of the MS computers I deal with update properly to internet time
despite trying to fix the problem and there are reams of internet
discussions on the subject, so cant really help except to suggest
install small free prog "NetTimeSetup-314.exe" works a treat on all our
comps with zero trouble! C+
