Dauhgter's computer will not connect....

My daughter's computer is telling her that it can not connect through the
router like the other desktop and wireless laptop can. Here is the message
she is getting from her system...

Can't fix the ISP address please contact your Network Administrator or ISP

If any body has any ideas, please let me know what I need to look at...
