date&time changing itself

Why doesn't my WinXPHomeEdition keep the right date & time? Everytime i
restart my computer the clock is going all wrong. Because of that i can't
login to Winows Live Messenger nor can i get any updates from Windows Update

Usually a sign that your CMOS battery is weak or dead. This is a small
