Date and Time Stamp in Excel

Ok, I know to most of you this question is really simple,
but I've had NO formal training with Excel and am
learning as I go! What are the formula's to have a spread
sheet AUTOMATIALLY update the date and time each time you
open the file? Thanks!
 
Just to add:
Those will also update each time the sheet is recalculated.
