Database Software

I'm looking for a little software, freeware to can ad some contact
persons, with phone and address and a note.
It must be like a costumers database for a little computer business
where to be able to write the name address, phone and computer model
with the troubles and problems. If it is possible to be searchable and
maybe to be run from a floppy.

Anybody can advice and help with a link to download?

I hope everybody notices that the 95 version is gone but that the 98
version is still available.
