DADTRAY error

When I shut down my PC I sometimes get a DADTRAY error
and the PC sometimes locks up. Any idea what causes this
and how to stop the error?

"programmable keys" Access Direct software from the System Tray. Contact

That is the Dell AccessDirect Tray. System Tray icon which enables you to run the "programmable keys" Access Direct software from the System Tray.
If you don't use the programmable keys you can disable this via msconfig under the startup tab.
