Doc

Hello; I have a d-link wireless adapter that I am trying to install the
drivers on My xp home computer. I get an error message that says unable to
install removedev.exe; access denied.

What is removedev.exe ??

I have downloaded the drivers from the d-link website, with no change.

Has anyone every heard of this.

thanks in advance

The program is likely part of the driver package.
Access denied may mean that some sort of protection program is running
(Antivirus, etc.) and causing a problem.
It may also mean that your user account is not allowed to install such
software.

Are you sure that you are trying to install the correct drivers for your
version of windows?

It would be really nice to know what the wireless card model number and
revision is.
