D:/ & E:/ drives not recognizing anything

hello,
when i insert any type of disc, cd,dvd, software, my optical drives both d
and e do not recognize anything in there. i go to my computer and click on
both the drives but is say please insert a disc. the device manager said both
are working properly. any advice on how to get these drives back to work
again... thanks for your help.

Try running this file: www.aumha.org/downloads/cdgone.zip

You might need to reinstall any CD burning software you do have.
