I clicked on a banner that popped up from
cybertrigger.co.uk about IQ Tests and then accidentally
agreed to download some junk. It created an icon on my
task bar and I am continually getting pop-ups
extrodinaire! When I open explorer cybertrigger opens a
window too.

I tried to delete it all but there is one application
extension that won't let me delete it. It has saved
itself in my documents file and won't budge! It keeps
saying "Cannot delete WH4_1843004:Access is denied. Make
sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the
file is not currently in use."

I went to Windows Task Manager and looked in the
Processes but I just can't see it there.

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME GET RID OF THIS THING?!?!?!?
