Cut & Paste into email

One way round the problem that Microsoft has caused where you can no longer
cut and paste into email from Word documents.

Paste it into the cc box. Then highlight and either copy and paste into body
or drag into body. It worked, even with a fair amount of text.

I just checked this and I can copy from Word and paste into Windows Mail.
