Cut and Paste..

in paint, cannot cut and paste using 2 choices. 1 was opaque and other clear.
Now all opaque. What can I do to fix? Thanks

The opacity & transperancy vary depending on the colours selected. If
copying and pasting, set both pictures to the transparant setting AND set the
left & right mouse button colours to the same colour.
