customizing my current view

Hi,
I have been trying to customise my view of Inbox to have the flag status to
the left of the subject. I go to customise current view, move everything to
the order I wish, click apply/ok/etc but my table view never changes. It
doesn't matter if I'm viewing by flag or date received or to or from or
anything, I just can't get the order to change. I'm using Office 2003.
Please help.

Try using the Field Chooser and dragging the column headers you need into the
table.

Hi Judy,
I'm using Outlook 2007 and I've been trying to move the "Flag Status" column
with no luck. Everything is see says to go to "View> Current View> Customize
current view>>Show these fields in this order....

I have moved it to the left of my "From" column and then gone back out and
low and behold it's still to the far right in my view.

I've tried dragging it also but it is immovable......

Will it move in Outlook 2007? If yes, then what could be wrong?

Thanks for any help and info.

I am also having the same problem in Outlook 2007--inability to change the
Flag Status column sequence and put the Flag Status column on the left. In
Outlook 2003, you could do this with relative ease.

I want the Flag Status column to appear to the left adjacent to all of the
other "information" columns. We read from left to right and having the Flag
Status column all the way to the right and not being able to move it is plain
annoying.

The directions provided in Outlook 2007 Help to "Move the Flag Status
Column" do not work.

Any help would be most sincerely appreciated.

Hi Judy,

That did not work either.

When I drag the Flag Status to the very first column it ends up at the far
right. No matter what I do will it move to the beginning. When I try and
"format" it all the setting are grayed out except the name.

Any other ideas?

Please help this is aggrivating as h*%$!
