Customize Start Menu

In Windows XP how do I customize my Start Menu; creating folders and putting
certain programs in the folder to make it neater.
 
Can someone out there help me! I only want instructions on "How to
customize my Start Menu!
 
Hi,

Right-click the start button, choose "explore all users". You can create new
subfolders (file/new/folder) and customize here by dragging and dropping the
links into them.

First, you need administrative priviledges to modify All Users
folders:

1. Right click Start button
2. Select 'Explore All Users'
3. Open 'Programs' folder
4. Create new folders and drag and drop shortcuts to organise the
menu.
5. Changes take effect immediately.
