Customize Outlook Today (Outlook 2000)

I can't get this button to work. It doesn't respond when clicked. I tried
restarting the program, restarting the computer, reinstalling Office 2000
with no changes. It worked fine in past installations.

OL2000: You Cannot Customize Outlook Today After You Install Critical Update

You can edit the registry to make changes to Outlook Today.
