How can I customize IE 6 keyboard shortcuts? E.g. "Add to Favourites"
from CTRL-D to ALT-D?

You have to find the file that opens it then right click it and select
properties, under the sortcut tab is a box called "shortcut key". This
is where you assign your own macro to open the prog. I don't know how
to change the default macro though.

No, I don't. I expect you have to do some searching in the registry or
something like that.
