Customize Form Greyed out

I am trying to add a customized field to BCM. I have done it in the past,
but currently the icon is greyed out. I'm guessing that it is because my
database in on a server, not the local machine. How do I customize the form
with this setup?
Thanks.
 
I figured it out. You need to be logged on as the user who created the
database.
